摘要 为提升电动汽车用电机驱动系统效率,在电机设计、材料选择、工艺装配方面总结出提升电驱系统效率的解决措施。在电机设计方面选择适合电动汽车的电机,优化控制算法;在材料方面,选择性能较高的铜线、硅钢材料和高频材料;在工艺装配方面,应用扁线绕组工艺可以提升电机的转矩和效率,优化铁芯与叠装工艺,从而降低电机铁损。通过增大系统输出效率,降低各项损耗,可以提升电动汽车用电机驱动系统效率。 In order to improve the efficiency of the electric drive system for electric vehicles,this article summarized the solutions to improve the efficiency of the electric drive system in motor design,material selection,process assembly and other aspects.In the motor design,motor suitable for the electric vehicle was selected,and the control algorithm was optimized;in terms of materials,copper wires,silicon steel materials and high-frequency materials with high performance were selected;in process assembly,the application of flat wire winding process can improve the torque and efficiency of the motor,the core and stacking process were optimized to reduce the motor iron loss.The efficiency of motor drive system for electric vehicles can be improved by increasing the system output efficiency and reducing various losses.
