基于“1+X”证书制度的中职人才培养模式改革研究

Research on reform of secondary vocational personnel training mode based on"1+X"certificate system

“1+X”认证制度是一项重大的制度创新,也是当前中职教育改革的一项重大举措。中职院校应在“1+X”认证制度下,结合“1+X”的要求,积极推动“课证融合”的改革。在实施过程中,必须坚持成果导向、专业与“X”认证相结合的原则,从制定人才培养计划、制定课程标准、建设教学团队、开发教育教学资源、实现学习成果转化和确认等方面,切实推进“课证融合”的改革。文章基于“1+X”证书制度,对中职院校计算机网络专业的“课证融合”改革发展进行研究,并为其提出有效的发展建议。

The“1+X”certification system is a major institutional innovation and also a major measure of the current secondary vocational education reform.Secondary vocational schools should actively promote the reform of“integration of courses and certificates”under the“1+X”certification system and in combination with the requirements of“1+X”.In the implementation process,we must adhere to the principle of results-oriented•professional and“X”certification,and effectively promote the reform of“integration of courses and certificates”from the aspects of formulating talent training plans,formulating curriculum standards,building teaching teams,developing educational and teaching resources,and realizing the transformation and confirmation of learning achievements.Based on the“1+X”certificate system,this paper studies the reform and development of the“integration of courses and certificates”of computer network specialty in secondary vocational schools,and provides effective suggestions for its development.
