摘要
有载分接开关作为变压器中调换线圈分接位置的重要组成,其切换过程对变压器调压行为影响显著。本文以CM型有载分接开关转换芯子为研究对象,同步测试了其在切换过程中的振动响应以及触头电压、电流响应。分别提取了主通断触头、过渡触头的分合时刻等切换特征参数,并统计分析了特征参数的分布情况。试验结果表明,有载分接开关振动响应包络线与电气响应波形存在明确的对应关系,并可反映切换过程中各触头的动作时序。本研究工作可为有载分接开关的健康状态评估提供参考。
The on-load tap changer is an important component of tap position of exchange coil in the transformer, and its switching process has a significant impact on the voltage regulation behavior of the transformer. The switching characteristic parameters such as the switching time of the contacts are respectively extracted, and the distribution of the characteristic parameters is statistically analyzed. The experimental results show that there is a clear correspondence between the vibration response envelope and the electrical response waveform, and it can reflect the action sequence of the contacts during the switching process. The contents of this paper provide reference for the health assessment of on-load tap changers.
