高低温冲击对钕铁硼磁性能、微结构和机械性能影响的研究

摘要 针对使用环境对钕铁硼的影响,利用高低温环境试验箱模拟高低温冲击环境,研究牌号40H和40SH钕铁硼磁体的磁性能、微结构和机械性能。经试验后发现:试样的剩磁Br、内禀矫顽力HcJ和矫顽力HcB经过高低温冲击试验后未发生明显变化;40H的磁通下降16.59%,40SH降低3.13%,对样品再充磁后,试样磁通恢复至试验前;40H的抗压强度提高4.74%,40SH提高3.39%;40H的维氏硬度提高5.71%,40SH提高5.97%;钕铁硼试样微观结构未发生明显变化。 For the use of the environment on the impact of NdFeb, In this paper, high and low temperature environment test chamber is used to simulate high and low temperature impact environment, Investigated the magnetic properties, microstructure and mechanical properties of 40H and 40SH. It is found that the remanent magnetic Br, intrinsic coercivity Hcj and coercivity Hcb of the samples do not change significantly after high and low temperature impact test;The flux of 40H decreased by 16.59% and the flux of 40SH decreased by 3.13%. After re-magnetizing the sample, the magnetic flux of the sample was restored to that before the test;The compressive strength of 40H and 40SH increased by 4.74% and 3.39%respectively;The hardness of 40H and 40SH increased by 5.71% and 5.97% respectively;The microstructure of Ndfeb samples did not change significantly.
