摘要
“红黄蓝幼儿园虐童事件”发生后,在微博上迅速引发大量讨论,反映了公众对此事件的情绪。而用大数据和机器学习对相关微博进行情绪识别,采用社会网络分析法,从节点识别、主体差异和作用机理三个方面探究愤怒情绪传播中的关键节点,可以发现:愤怒情绪的传播网络呈放射状结构,少数用户占据优势地位;新闻媒体及名人明星具有较高的情绪吸引力,是重要的“情绪源头”,草根大V具有较高的情绪凝聚力,是关键的“情绪枢纽”;在媒体和明星的情绪启动效应以及草根大V的情绪助推效应作用下,事实流、意见流让位于情绪流,共同导出网络舆情中多元主体参与的情绪图景。
This paper takes″Child Abuse Incident in RYB Kindergarten″as an example,uses big data and machine learning to identify the emotions of relevant Weibo texts,and uses social network analysis to explore the key nodes in the spread of anger from such three aspects as key nodes identification,subject differences and their mechanisms.It has been found that the network of anger presents a radial structure,and a small number of users occupy dominant positions.Among them,news media agencies and celebrities have high emotional attraction,which become important″emotion sources″,while″Big V′s″from grassroots have high emotional cohesion and become the key″emotion hubs″;under the emotional priming effect of news media and celebrities,and the emotional boosting effect of″Big V′s″from grassroots,the fact flow and opinion flow give way to the emotion flow,which jointly lead to an emotional picture of multi subjects′participation in online public opinion.
