摘要 根据驾驶员前视野的设计要求,基于人机工程学,对矿用自卸车驾驶室前视野进行分析校核,并基于分析结果对驾驶室前视野进行优化设计。根据现有驾驶室结构特征,主要对驾驶室A立柱和前挡风玻璃进行结构优化:通过采用变截面A立柱结构形式,在保证驾驶室强度要求的前提下,减小前挡风玻璃处的A立柱截面,从而减小A立柱双目障碍角;通过将前挡风玻璃由平面结构改为弧形结构,改变前挡风玻璃与驾驶室骨架的连接方式,增大前挡风玻璃有效面积,进一步改善驾驶室前视野,充分保证驾驶员的行车安全。 According to the design requirements of driver's front vision,based on ergonomics,the front vision of mining dump truck cab is analyzed and checked,and the front vision of mining dump truck cab is optimized based on the analysis results.Based on the current cab's structure,the A pillar and front shield glass can be optimized.Firstly,using changing section A pillar structure can decrease the A pillar shading angle.At the top and bottom area of the A pillar,the section is bigger than the middle area which just fixed the front shield glass,so the front vision can be increased,while the strength of the structure can almost not be decreased.Secondly,by changing the current flat front shield glass to a curving shape,the front shield glass's fixing method is changed,so the front vision can be improved.By optimizing the cab's front visual field,the safety of the driver can be increased.
