摘要
基于西安动车段高级修作业需求,设计了一种可满足在单一工位上完成车辆落成、称重调整、尺寸测量3种工艺的新型一体化设备,在提高检修效率的同时还能减少用地面积。详细阐述了综合落成系统的结构组成与功能原理,并利用有限元方法对关键受力部件进行强度评估,最后对系统的具体运用方法进行了分析。研究表明:系统集成度高、兼容性强且安全性好,各部件均满足运用要求。
Based on the requirements of advanced maintenance in Xi'an EMU Depot,a new type of integrated equipment is designed to complete vehicle completion,weighing adjustment and dimension measurement at a single station,which can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce the land area.Firstly,the structure composition and function principle of the integrated completion system are described in detail.Secondly,the strength of key stressed components is evaluated by using the finite element method.Finally,the specific application method of the system is analyzed.The research shows that the system has high integration,strong compatibility and good security,and all components meet the application requirements.
