“双高计划”推动下高职工科专业改造升级路径研究

专业是人才培养的平台,专业建设质量将直接决定人才培养质量。以“双高计划”为引领,对“双高计划”下的高职工科专业的行动路线进行规划,并以泰州职业技术学院工科专业(群)建设为例,从课程建设新模式、智慧教育新生态、高水平教师队伍、协同创新多元服务平台等方面,规划专业(群)的改造升级路径,形成与泰州市支柱、优势、特色、战略性产业发展相对应的专业群体优势,打造技术技能人才培养高地,提高学院为地方经济社会发展服务的能力,支撑泰州地区先进制造产业集群建设。

Specialty is the platform for talent cultivation,and the quality of specialty construction directly determines the quality of talent cultivation.Under the guidance of"double high plan",this paper plans the action route of engineering majors in higher vocational colleges.Taking the engineering majors(Group)construction of Taizhou Polytechnical College as an example,the transformation and upgrading path of the majors(Group)are planned from the aspects of new curriculum construction mode,new ecology of intelligent education,high-level teachers team,multi service platform of collaborative innovation.So as these can form professional group advantages corresponding to the pillar,advantages,characteristics and strategic industrial development of Taizhou City,create a highland for training technical talents,improve the ability of the college to serve local economic and social development,and support the construction of advanced manufacturing industry clusters in Taizhou.
