摘要
洁净度是洁净厂房的首要要求,传统的装修和暖通工艺无法满足植物工厂的洁净厂房建筑使用要求,需要在现有技术的基础上构建新的洁净系统,保证厂房能够正常运行、发挥功能。论文针对现代光电植物工厂室内气流洁净系统及在洁净厂房中的应用进行研究,通过项目分析、资料查询,设定系统研发目标,明确系统方案的架构,形成最佳方案,同时,提出加强实施过程控制,做好质量检验,全面评估系统应用产生的综合效益。
Cleanliness is the primary requirement for clean workshops. Traditional decoration and HVAC processes cannot meet the requirements for the use of clean workshops in plant factories. It is necessary to build a new clean system on the basis of existing technologies to ensure the normal operation and function of the workshop. The thesis will study the indoor airflow cleaning system of modern optoelectronic plant factories and its application in clean workshops. Through project analysis and data query, the system development goals will be set, the system scheme structure will be clarified, and the best scheme will be formed. At the same time, it puts forward strenthening the implementation process control, doing a good job in quality inspection, comprehensively evaluating the comprehensive benefits generated by the application of the system.
