摘要
针对老旧滤池反冲洗单点气冲过大、跑砂、滤后水浊度偏高、池底漏水等问题,将普通滤池原有大阻力模式改造为“滤板+长柄滤头”配水配气模式。本工程对滤池的配气配水系统进行了优化改良,异形配气管改造通过二次配气孔增加空气流速,配气配水均匀性明显提高,降低了滤池反冲洗故障的概率。改造后运行效果良好,滤料层得到充分清洗,提升了滤池的截留能力,延长了运行周期,有效节约了反冲洗水量,从而改善滤后水的水质并节约制水成本。
Aiming at the problems such as excessive single point air flushing, sand running, high turbidity of water after filtration and water leakage at the bottom of old filter, the original large resistance mode of ordinary filter was transformed into“filter plate + long handle filter head”water and air distribution mode. In this project, the air and water distribution system of the filter tank was optimized and improved. The special-shaped aeration pipe was modified to increase the air velocity through the secondary air distribution hole, so the uniformity of air and water distribution was significantly improved and the probability of backwash failure of the filter tank was reduced. After the transformation, the operation effect is good, the filter material layer is fully cleaned, the interception capacity of the filter is improved, the operation cycle is prolonged, the backwash water is effectively saved, so as to improve the water quality of the filtered water and save the cost of water production.
