生态海绵城市下的雨水利用规划设计分析

摘要 针对生态海绵城市建设中存在的不合理情况,分析了关于雨水利用规划设计的问题。对天津临海新城的零能耗岛项目进行研究,叙述该场地的区位与生态条件,进行了设计思路与方案的讨论。待海绵设施建成后,可以满足85%的年径流总量控制率目标,设施容量为2.51×104m3,远超分区所需调蓄容积总量。结论:雨水利用规划设计中,应当有效结合地区条件,用生态海绵城市理念加以指导,有利于地区逐渐接近零能耗的目标。 According to the unreasonable situation in the construction of ecological sponge city, this paper analyzes the problems about the planning and design of rainwater utilization, studies the zero energy island project of Tianjin Linhai New City, describes the location and ecological conditions of the site, and discusses the design ideas and schemes. When the sponge facility is completed, it can meet the target of 85%annual total runoff control rate, with a facility capacity of 25 100 m~3, far exceeding the total storage volume required by the zoning. Conclusion:in the planning and design of rainwater utilization, the regional conditions should be effectively combined and guided by the concept of ecological sponge city, which will help the region gradually approach the goal of zero energy consumption.
