摘要
基于原油储罐出现水腐蚀、土壤腐蚀的原因,以及原油储罐不同位置的腐蚀机理,对原油生产、运输、存储中储罐的腐蚀类型,以及原油储罐的防护技术展开研究。论文提出为保障原油储罐有效使用,应从选材入手做好防腐层设计,在此过程中需要注意阴极保护是预防原油储罐腐蚀的重要举措,相关人员应以此为导向,优化原油储罐的防护技术方案,保障原油储罐的后期应用效果。
Based on the causes of water corrosion and soil corrosion in crude oil storage tanks, as well as the corrosion mechanism at different positions of crude oil storage tanks, the corrosion types of storage tanks in crude oil production, transportation and storage, as well as the protection technology of crude oil storage tanks are studied. Then, the paper proposes that in order to ensure the effective use of crude oil storage tank, we should start with the material selection to do a good job in the design of anti-corrosion layer, in this process, we should pay attention to the cathodic protection is an important measure to prevent the corrosion of crude oil storage tank, relevant personnel should be guided by this,optimize the protection technology scheme of crude oil storage tank, to ensure the later application effect of crude oil storage tank.
