广州市万致房地产有限公司新塘东洲项目A地块铝合金墙、柱模板根部防渗漏组件,包括墙、柱铝模板底部铝合金R角、橡胶塞。底部铝合金R角下部为镂空“瓶体”形状,镂空“瓶体”形状内镶嵌同形状胶塞。该铝合金模板根部防渗漏组件后期基本不需要进行打凿清理,在节约砂浆的同时也节约了人工,较好地解决了墙柱根部质量通病问题。论文对该组件的设计及施工进行分析,旨在更好地促进铝合金模板体系中墙柱底部的质量。

The bottom of the aluminum alloy R Angle is hollow“bottle”shape, hollow“bottle”shape inlaid with the same shape rubber plug.The aluminum alloy template root anti-leakage assembly in the later stage basically does not need to be chiselled clean, save mortar and labor,better solve the wall pillar root quality problems. In this paper, the design and construction of the component are analyzed, and the bottom quality of the wall column in the aluminum alloy formwork system is improved.
