填充型岩溶隧道施工处治措施探讨

Discussion on Treatment Measures for Filling Karst Tunnel Construction

针对岩溶发育区填充型隧道施工,简述了岩溶区地质预报探测方法,对如何避免突泥、坍塌等安全事故的发生和防止初期支护沉降、开裂、变形导致后续换拱的产生等难题,在传统岩溶处治工艺的基础上,结合现场机械配置、材料储备、施工水平等,在保围岩、稳基脚、固侧壁、重防排和勤量测5个方面,进一步细化了相关处治措施,通过项目实例验证,不断优化和改进处治工艺和措施。

Aiming at the construction of filled tunnel in karst area, this paper briefly describes the geological forecasting and detection method in karst area. Aiming at the problems of how to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents such as mud outburst and collapse, and how to prevent the settlement, cracking and deformation of the initial support leading to the subsequent arch replacement, etc., on the basis of the traditional karst treatment technology, combined with the field mechanical configuration, material reserve, construction level and other aspects, the relevant treatment measures were further refined in the five aspects of surrounding rock preservation, footing stability, side wall fixation,reprevention and drainage and workload measurement. Through the project case verification, the treatment technology and measures were constantly optimized and improved.
