In this paper, by understanding the project type of water dike culvert project, combined with the actual case of a dike culvert project,This paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality of embankments and culverts, and gives corresponding opinions and suggestions from five aspects of quality management design, system, construction, personnel and mechanism, in order to bring some useful help to the smooth development of similar projects.
