摘要
研究了高硅建筑陶瓷砖的可行性,分析了石英对建筑陶瓷坯体性能的影响,并制备出吸水率、抗折强度符合国家标准的高硅建筑陶瓷砖。结果表明:添加一定量的石英,能够提高陶瓷坯体的抗折强度及显微硬度。当石英添加量为50%时,制备的高硅建筑陶瓷坯体性能最佳,其SiO2含量可达75.18%。该坯体成瓷密度高,吸水率小于0.5%,抗折强度为70.22 MPa,显微硬度为1112.98 kg/mm^(2),物相组成为石英晶体和少量针状的莫来石晶体。
This paper studies the feasibility of high silicon building ceramic tiles,analyzes the influence of quartz on the properties of building ceramic body,and prepares high silicon building ceramic tiles with water absorption and flexural strength in line with national standards.The results show that adding a certain amount of quartz can improve the flexural strength and microhardness of the ceramic body.When the addition of quartz was 50%,the performance of the prepared high silicon building ceramic body was the best,and the SiO2content of product could reach 75.18%.The ceramic density of the green body was high,the water absorption was less than 0.5%,the flexural strength was 70.22 MPa,the microhardness was 1112.98 kg/mm^(2),and the phase composition were quartz crystal and a small amount of needle shaped mullite crystal.
