摘要
以云南曲靖地区麒麟陶为研究对象,以正交试验方法研究了麒麟陶的烧成工艺。采用XRF、SEM、XRD、常温红外辐射等现代测试方法对优化工艺制备的麒麟陶胎体进行分析研究。研究结果表明:麒麟陶烧成工艺的最佳烧结温度为1230℃、保温时间为1 h;SEM分析表明胎体具有双重孔结构,XRD分析表明胎体中含有莫来石晶体,具有远红外辐射功能。用水对胎体浸泡,水样的pH值会由中性转变为弱碱性。
Firing process was studied with orthgonal test as method,qilin pottery as subject at Yunnan Qujing region.Qilin pottery samples were characterized with XRF、SEM、XRD and Infrared radiation at room temperature.The results showed that the best firing process was 1230℃for 1 hour.SEM photos indicated that pottery body had double-hole structure.XRD patterns showed that pottery body had mollite crystal with far infrared function.Water samples transmuted from neutral to weak alkalinity when soaked in pottery were.
