基于增材制造的风洞试验模型轻量化设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 在分析风洞试验被测对象风洞模型特点基础上,提出了适合风洞模型不同部件快速设计与试制的金属增材制造方法,并进行了轻量化设计制造验证与分析。结果表明,该方法不但可以高效完成部件轻量化试制,而且结合数控精加工工序,增材制造部件尺寸精度完全能够满足国军标使用要求,缩短风洞模型部件加工周期,降低成本等。 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the wind tunnel model of the tested object in wind tunnel test,a metal additive manufacturing method suitable for the rapid trial production of different parts of wind tunnel model is proposed, and the lightweight design and manufacturing verification and analysis are carried out. The results show that the method can not only effectively complete the lightweight trial production of parts, but also combined with the NC finishing process. The dimensional accuracy of additive manufacturing parts could meet the requirements of the national military standard. The processing cycle was shorten and the cost was reduced.
