摘要
主要研究某飞机发动机燃油泵中带有退刀槽的深长孔铍青铜合金(QBe2)衬套加工方法,解决了在精镗孔时刀具耐用度低,衬套内孔及圆柱度0.005mm不易保证的问题。
The machining method of beryllium bronze alloy(QBe2) bushing with deep and long hole with undercut in the fuel pump of an aircraft engine was researched. The problem of low tool durability during fine boring and difficult was solved to guarantee the inner hole and cylindricity of the bushing of 0.005mm.
