摘要
针对外场发现的某主动锥齿轮故障,建立故障树,经斜传结构分析、分解检查情况、质量复查,初步确定故障原因。通过故障机理分析及故障实验验证,准确定位故障原因,采取有效措施对故障进行归零。最后对外场使用的安全性进行了分析,并制定了纠正措施。
Aiming at the fault of a driving bevel gear found in the field, a fault tree was established, and the cause of the fault was determined through oblique transmission structure analysis, decomposition inspection and quality review. Through the fault mechanism analysis and experimental verification, the cause of the fault was located and effective measures were used to reset the fault to zero. The safety of external field use was analyzed and corrective measures were formulated.
