摘要
新出土资料表明,在秦汉时代的水乡地区,鱼的消费已经具有商品化的倾向,对民生和财政具有重要的价值。一方面,物美价廉的鱼为水乡民众所喜食,发展出极有特色的菜肴;另一方面,出现了形形色色的鱼贩。他们从江河湖泊中捕捞或在池塘养殖鱼类,活跃于各种不同规模、不同级别的市场上,出售各类鲜鱼以及干鱼、腌鱼、烤鱼等加工产品。与此同时,政府通过征收渔税和市租钱获得了可观的财政收入。
The present paper contends that then the consumption of fish had been commercialized in the south and made contribution to the people’s livelihood and state revenue.Specifically,there were a great variety of distinctive fish dishes popular in the south and booming fish markets,through which the governments of Qin and Han increased their revenues by collecting fishing and market taxes.
