Research on the Development and Improvement Path of Regional Security Precautions Standards for Enterprises and Institutions Based on the Combination of Four Prevention

本文阐述了开展单位内部安全防范标准化工作的目的、作用和现状,介绍了新形势下的四防结合,并以广州市为例,探讨提出了区域性单位内部安全防范标准研制路径主要分为确定重点领域、确定标准化对象、确定安全防范手段、确定安防措施配置的分类维度、确定重要部位(区域)、确定标准的框架、细化标准主要内容等。

This paper expounds the purpose,function and current situation of the standardization work of security precautions of enterprises and institutions,and introduces the combination of four prevention in the new situation.Taking Guangzhou city as an example,this paper discusses the development path of regional security precautions of enterprises and institutions,which is mainly divided into aspects of identifying the key fi eld,the standardization object,the security prevention means,the classification dimension of the security measure configuration,important parts(regions)and standard framework,refi ning the main content of standard,etc.
