数据库形式标准的现状分析与应用研究

Analysis of Current Situation of Standards in Database Format and Their Application

加快构建推动高质量发展的标准体系,推动标准化工作向数字化、网络化、智能化转型,是目前的紧迫任务。本文介绍了IEC数据库形式标准的现状,具体分析了IEC数据库标准制修订程序和IEC 60617电气简图用图形符号数据库的结构、功能及使用说明,说明了实施数据库标准和建立其运行平台的必要性。通过分析IEC现有技术方案,对我国数据库形式标准的运行平台设计、管理、维护、使用等进行了应用研究,并对现行数据集类、产品类标准改造为数据库标准进行了实用研究,说明了实施数据库标准的可行性,为新标准体系的建立提供了技术指引。

It is an urgent task at present to accelerate the construction of a standards system that promotes high-quality development and the transformation to a digital,networked and intelligent mode.This paper introduces the current situation of IEC database formal standards,specifi cally analyzes the development and revision procedure of IEC database standards,and the structure,function and usage instructions of the IEC 60617,and explains the necessity of implementing database standards and establishing the operation platform.By analyzing the existing IEC technical solutions,it carries out the application research on the operation platform design,management,maintenance and use of Chinese database format standards,and practical research on the upgrading of the current data set and product standards to database format standards,and illustrates the feasibility of the application of database standards,providing guide for the establishment of the new standard system.
