This paper introduces the domestic standards related to plant-based bionic meat products,analyzes the problems and deficiencies existing in the standards.Combined with the current situation of these standards,problems and the development trend of plant-based bionic meat products,the paper points out some suggestions for the development and revision of these standards from the aspects of standard level,standard content,testing evaluation of bionic meat characteristics,etc.,providing reference for the development and unification of plant-based bionic meat product standards,and bringing positive significance to the healthy development of the industry in the future.
