Design and Application of Aerospace Product Coding Based on Manufacturing Features

为满足多品种变批量研制特点下的产品管理需求,本文提出了产品编码规则、附码规则以及产品编码的应用架构,开发了编码模块,通过集成应用,解决企业产品信息追溯问题。所设计的实物产品编码规则已在车间进行了应用实践,对企业实施产品实物编码具有借鉴意义。

To satisfy the product management requirements with the characteristics of multi-varieties and small-batch production,the product coding structure mode based on manufacturing elements is proposed,and the rules of coding are given.According to the application framework of product coding,the coding system is designed and integrated to solve the problem of the product information tracing.The code mode is proved to be effective by its implementation in the work shop,which provides valuable reference for manufacturing enterprises.
