摘要
团体标准T/CAS 454-2020《火力发电企业二氧化碳排放在线监测技术要求》于2020年11月30日正式发布。本文从标准制定的背景和意义、编制原则以及标准的主要技术内容等方面对该标准进行了详细解读,以期帮助相关人员更好地理解该标准,有利于该标准的推广应用,促进火电企业在碳排放监测方面的技术发展,填补我国碳排放在线监测领域相关标准空白。
The association standard T/CAS 454-2020,Technical requirements for on-line monitoring of CO2emitted from thermal power plant was officially released on November 30,2020.This paper interprets the standard in detail from the background and significance of the standard development,compilation principles to the main technical content of the standard,in order to help the relevant personnel better understand the standard,facilitate the promotion and application of the standard,and promote the technological development of carbon emission monitoring in thermal power plants.The standard fills a gap in the field of the online monitoring of carbon emission in China.
