食品接触产品标签标识现存问题调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Existing Problems of Food Contact Product Labeling

食品接触材料及制品与我们日常生活息息相关,随着生活水平的不断提高,食品接触材料及制品的安全性越来越受到消费者的关注,而标签作为产品的名片,其信息的完整和正确可以帮助消费者更好地认识其安全性。近年来食品接触材料标签标识不合格的现象频繁出现,分析总结常见不合格问题对企业规范化标签标识具有一定参考意义。因此,本文调研了某大型商超中售卖的日常生活中常见的食品接触产品,对其标签标识进行评估,统计并分析其中存在的标签问题,并给出正确的标识方式。以期通过本研究的调研、分析、总结和建议,为政府监管提供支撑,为企业规范标签标识提供质量管控参考。

Food contact materials and products are closely related to our daily life.With the continuous improvement of life,the safety of food contact materials and products has attracted more and more attention from consumers.Label is the business card of a product,and the complete and correct information of a label can help consumers better understand its safety.In recent years,the unqualifi ed labeling of food contact materials has frequently appeared.The analysis and summary of common unqualifi ed problems can provide signifi cant reference for the standardized labeling of enterprises.Therefore,this paper investigates the common food contact products in daily life sold in large supermarkets,evaluates the labeling,analyzes the existing labeling problems,and gives the correct labeling method.It is expected that the research can support government’s supervision and provide reference for the quality control of labeling in enterprises.
