眼科光学仪器裂隙灯显微镜计量标准器设计应用及测量不确定评定 被引量:1

摘要 裂隙灯显微镜是重要的眼科医学诊断的计量仪器,目前在大中型医院、隐形眼镜配制场所普遍应用,全国多个省份发布了地方计量规范,总视角放大率作为裂隙灯显微镜最基本计量特性,在检定校准中为了更科学有效地测量出可信度较高的数据,需要设计发明专用支架置放标准器,校准过程要形成科学合理的不确定度参量,使测量结果具有良好有效性及可复现性,避免眼科仪器失准,影响相关患者的合法权益。在规范研制过程中不断总结优化规范细节,本文主要对校准专用支架制作参数和总视角放大率测量结果不确定度评定进行了论述。 Slit lamp microscope is an important measurement instrument for ophthalmic medical diagnosis.At present,it has been widely used in medium-sized hospitals and contact lens stores.Local measurement specifi cations have been issued by many provinces.The total viewing angle magnifi cation is the most basic measurement characteristic of slit lamp microscope.In order to more scientifi cally and effectively measure data with high reliability,it is necessary to design a special standard support to make the uncertainty parameters scientifi c and reasonable,make the measurement results have good effectiveness and reproducibility,and avoid the inaccuracy of ophthalmic instruments and the harm of interests of patients.This paper discusses the special support and the total viewing angle magnifi cation.
