摘要
星际磁场在天体物理中具有重要作用,但测量其强度是极其困难的。本文基于同步偏振辐射理论开发了测量磁化强度的新技术,建立了同步偏振辐射强度的标准差和平均值的比值与阿尔文马赫数的幂律关系。此外,该技术也应用于Planck观测数据,实现了磁化强度的测量。
The magnetic fields in the interstellar medium play an important role in astrophysics,but measuring the magnetization is extremely difficult. Based on the theory of synchrotron polarization radiation,a new technique for measuring magnetization is developed,and the power-law relation between the ratio of standard deviation and mean of synchrotron polarized radiation intensity and Alfvénic Mach number is established. Furthermore,the technique is also applied to Planck observation data to realize the measurement of magnetization.
