呼吸功能锻炼联合快速康复对中晚期肺癌手术患者运动耐力的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析对中晚期肺癌手术患者实施呼吸功能锻炼联合快速康复的效果及对其运动耐力的影响。方法:选取我院胸外科2020年1月-2021年12月收治的98例中晚期肺癌手术患者,其中2020年1-12月收治的48例患者围手术期给予常规护理干预,设为对照组;2021年1-12月收治的50例患者围手术期在常规护理基础上给予呼吸功能锻炼联合快速康复,设为观察组。观察两组患者干预前后运动耐力和肺功能,并统计两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组干预前运动耐力、肺功能无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后观察组的6MWD(6min步行试验)、FVC(用力肺活量)、MVV(每分钟最大通气量)、PEF(最大呼气流量峰值)和FEV 1(1s用力呼气容积)高于对照组,mMRC(呼吸困难程度)低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。统计两组围手术期并发症发现,观察组围手术期并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸功能锻炼联合快速康复对中晚期肺癌手术患者的干预效果良好,有利于提升患者运动耐力,改善患者肺功能,减少围手术期并发症的发生。
