摘要
从我国消防产品设计的实际需求出发,针对设计初期的功能不确定因素干扰,找到设计突破口,提出并构建了基于认知不确定概念的消防产品优化模型。通过对消防产品总功能的分解和子功能概率化,建立可靠性分配函数,形成功能约束边界,利用功能分析法和相对灵敏度获取了最优解功能组合。
Based on the actual demand of fire protection product design in China, and aiming at the interference of function uncertainty factors at the initial stage of design, a design breakthrough was found, and a fire protection product optimization model based on the concept of cognitive uncertainty was proposed and constructed. Through the decomposition of the total function of fire protection products and the probability of sub functions, the reliability distribution function is established to form the functional constraint boundary, and the functional analysis method and relative sensitivity are used to obtain the optimal functional combination.
