摘要
刀盘是TBM的核心部件,其强度的分析校核是刀盘结构设计的必要环节。为对比分析不同刀盘肋板厚度对刀盘强度的影响,设计了三种不同肋板厚度的TBM刀盘。建立了三种刀盘的有限元分析模型,并在三种工况下,对三种TBM刀盘进行了位移与应力的对比分析。得到了不同工况下刀盘肋板厚度变化与刀盘最大位移和应力的关系,结果表明:刀盘肋板厚度越大,刀盘结构最大位移和最大应力越小;在偏载工况下刀盘的刚度与强度特性最差。
The cutterhead is the core component of TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine), and the analysis and checking of its strength is a necessary part of the structure design of the cutterhead. In order to compare and analyze the effect of different rib plate thickness on the strength of the cutterhead, three TBM cutterheads with different rib plate thickness were designed. The finite element analysis models of three kinds of cutterheads are established. And under three working conditions, the comparative analysis of deformation displacement and stress of three TBM cutterheads was carried out. The relationship between the thickness change of the rib plate of the cuttethead and the maximum displacement and stress of the cutterhead under different working conditions is obtained. The results show that the larger the thickness of the rib plate of the cutterhead, the smaller the maximum displacement and the maximum stress of the cutterhead structure, and the stiffness and strength characteristics of the cutterhead are the worst under the eccentric load condition.
