动物离心机控制系统仿真设计

摘要 针对当前动物离心机的局限性,对动物离心机控制系统进行了设计,用于航空航天医学实验。对动物离心机设备主轴控制系统进行设计研究,利用空间矢量调制搭建出动物离心机主轴电机位置、速度、转矩控制的三闭环主轴控制系统,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,建立对主轴控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明采用交流伺服控制系统能够实现动物离心机主轴的良好控制,并通过运行调试验证了主轴控制系统设计的可行性,且具有一定应用价值。 Aiming at the limitation of current animal centrifuge,the control system of animal centrifuge was designed for aerospace medical experiment.The spindle control system of animal centrifuge equipment was designed and studied,and the three closed-loop spindle control system of animal centrifuge spindle motor position,speed and torque control was established by space vector modulation.In the MATLAB/Simulink environment,the simulation model of spindle control system was established.The simulation results show that the ac servo control system can achieve good control of animal centrifuge spindle,and the feasibility and application value of spindle control system design were verified by running and debugging.
