摘要
为了解清污机主臂的工作性能,对其在工作过程中的位移、速度与主臂液压缸的受力情况进行了分析。通过闭环矢量分析建立了液压系统的运动学方程,在ADAMS中对整个主臂进行了动力学仿真,仿真结果可为清污机主臂设计合适的液压系统、选择合适的液压元件提供参考,从而使清污机能够平稳运行、高效清污。
In order to understand the working performance of the main arm of the cleaning machine, the displacement and speed in the working process and the force of the hydraulic cylinder of the main arm are analyzed. The kinematics equation of the hydraulic system is established by closed-loop vector analysis, and the dynamics of the whole main arm is simulated in ADAMS. The simulation results can provide a reference for the main arm of the cleaning machine to design the appropriate hydraulic system and select the appropriate hydraulic components, so that the cleaning machine can run smoothly and clean efficiently.
