分拣在物流行业中是关键环节之一,自动化物流分拣具有效率高、节能环保、出错率低等优势,受到越来越多快递分拣站的青睐,为此研究了自动化物流识别及分拣设备。该设备利用摄像头模块完成快递物品的二维码校正及提取,运用PID算法控制电机调速,从而控制机械爪对快件抓取,实现快递件在中转站的分拣。应用结果表明:该设备可对快递件进行抓取、信息采集、运送、分类等一系列操作,实现了物流行业的自动化与智能化。

Sorting is one of the key links in the logistics industry.Automatic logistics sorting has the advantages of high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental protection,low error rate,and is favored by more and more express sorting stations.Therefore,automatic logistics identification and sorting equipment are studied.The equipment uses the camera module to complete the twodimensional code correction and extraction of express goods,and uses the PID algorithm to control the motor speed regulation,so as to control the mechanical claw to grasp the express goods and realize the sorting of express goods at the transfer station.The application results show that the equipment can perform a series of operations such as picking,information collection,transportation,classification and so on on express delivery,realizing the automation and intelligence of the logistics industry.
