Design of Fully Automatic Table Tennis Collection Car

为了提高乒乓球馆收集乒乓球的效率,在研究机械传动与材料性质的基础上,设计了一种全自动乒乓球收集车。该收集车由循迹装置、驱动装置、收集装置与充电装置四部分组成。通过循迹装置对地面指引信号进行捕捉,再将捕捉到的信号转换为输出信号传递给驱动装置,使收集车按预定路线行驶;利用收集装置回收散落的乒乓球并储存;当电量低于设定值时,小车自行返回充电桩进行充电,充电完成后自行断电,此时,如完成回收任务,则处于待机状态,未完成则开始下一轮收集。

In order to improve the efficiency of table tennis collection in the table tennis hall, on the basis of studying the mechanical transmission and material properties, a design of a fully automatic table tennis collection vehicle is proposed. The collection vehicle is composed of four parts: a tracking device, a driving device, a collection device and a charging device. The ground guidance signal is captured by the tracking device, and then the captured signal is converted into an output signal and transmitted to the driving device, so that the collection vehicle can drive according to the predetermined route;use collection devices to recover scattered table tennis balls and store them;when the power is lower than the set value, the car returns to the charging pile for charging, and after the charging is completed, it will power off automatically, at this time, if the recovery task is completed, it is in standby, and if it is not completed, it starts the next round of collection.
