基于US-100模块的地铁车辆轮径测量装置设计

摘要 地铁车辆经常出现轮对磨耗现象,轮对不断变小,故需要检修技术人员定期对车辆轮对直径进行测量。传统的测量方法过于繁琐,测量时间较长。为了提高车辆轮对直径测量效率,研制了一款地铁车辆轮对直径测量装置。该装置以US-100型超声波测距模块为检测模块,以STM32F103ZET6型ARM芯片为控制核心,定期自动测量和计算车辆轮对直径数据,并自动将测量的轮径数据记录在自身SD卡的TXT文本中,其精度可满足测量需求,自动化程度高,大大提高了车辆轮径的测量效率,值得在行业内推广应用。 Metro vehicles often have wheel set wear, and the wheel set keeps getting smaller. Therefore, maintenance technicians need to measure the wheel set diameter regularly. The traditional measurement method is too cumbersome and takes a long time. In order to improve the measurement efficiency of vehicle wheel set diameter, a metro vehicle wheel set diameter measurement device is developed. The device takes US-100 ultrasonic ranging module as the detection module and STM32F103ZET6 ARM chip as the control core. It regularly automatically measures and calculates the vehicle wheel set diameter data, and automatically records the measured wheel diameter data in the TXT text of its own SD card. Its accuracy can meet the measurement requirements and has a high degree of automation, greatly improve the measurement efficiency of vehicle wheel diameter, which is worthy of popularization and application in the industry.
