自动机外刀具长度测量装置的设计与实验研究

摘要 为解决数控加工中心对刀效率不高的问题,设计并制作了一种基于Arduino开发板以步进电机为驱动的自动机外刀具长度测量装置。阐述了该装置的结构设计、测量原理、硬件和软件实现过程。通过实验验证,该装置的测试稳定性为0.007 5 mm~0.031 0 mm,测量准确度为0.001 2 mm~0.098 2 mm。该装置成本低且能满足数控加工中心的基本对刀需求,可提高机床的使用效率。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of tool alignment in NC machining center,a kind of automatic external tool length measuring device driven by stepper motor based on Arduino development board is designed and made.The structure design,measuring principle,hardware and software realization process of the device are described.The experimental results show that the test stability of the device is from 0.007 5mm to 0.031 0mm and the measurement accuracy is from 0.001 2mm to 0.098 2mm.The device has low cost and can meet the basic tool alignment requirements of the NC machining center,and can improve the use efficiency of the machine tool.
