延迟焦化-柴油加氢改质装置机泵RCM分析

摘要 为了提高延迟焦化-柴油加氢改质联合装置机泵的管理水平,降低机泵故障率,减小机泵故障对装置造成的影响,运用设备完整性管理体系思维,采用FMEA分析方法确定每台机泵的风险等级,对装置内机泵进行了RCM分析,同时对高故障率的关键机泵进行了根原因分析。 In order to improve the management level of the pump in the delayed coking diesel hydrogenation upgrading combined unit, reduce the failure rate of the pump, and reduce the impact of the pump failure on the unit, the risk level of each pump is determined by using the equipment integrity management system thinking and FMEA analysis method, the RCM(reliability) analysis of the pump in the unit is carried out, and the root cause analysis of the key pump with high failure rate is carried out.
