弹药转运设备控制系统设计

摘要 设计了以西门子1515-2NP控制器为核心的弹药转运设备控制系统方案。该系统采用PROFINET通讯实现与倍速链输送机、助力机械手、转运装置的数据、指令交互,实现弹药转运设备的稳定、连续控制。重点研究了弹药转运设备控制系统方案以及软、硬件方案,并完成了系统调试以及应用。实际应用结果表明:该控制系统运行安全、高效,弹药转运的良品率在97%以上,提升了弹药转运设备的生产效率和智能化水平,具有较高的社会经济价值。 The control system of ammunition transfer equipment based on Siemens 1515-2NP controller is designed.The scheme uses PROFINET communication to complete data and command interaction with double-speed chain conveyors,power-assisted manipulators,and transfer devices,and realizes stable and continuous control of ammunition transfer equipment.Research is mainly focused on the ammunition transfer equipment control system solutions and software and hardware,and complete the system debugging and application.The practical application results show that the control system scheme is safe and efficient,and the good product rate of ammunition transfer is more than 97%,which improves the production efficiency and intelligence level of ammunition transfer equipment,and has good social and economic value.
