制药行业自动化高效热能回收系统的研究与实现

摘要 制药企业的工艺用水制备、产品灭菌和干燥等设备,在使用蒸汽过程中大量热能无法得到充分回收利用,造成浪费。针对这一问题,基于增加供水温度提高燃气锅炉热效率,设计了一套自动化高效热能回收系统,建立了由热交换装置、PLC、HIM、传感器、执行器和PC组成的远程监控机制,实现了对运行监测、远程控制、信息追溯和实时报警等功能的有效管理。试验和实际使用均证明了本系统提高了燃气锅炉产出蒸汽的能效比,大幅提升了企业经济效益和管理水平;同时对降低碳排放、提升社会效益具有重要意义。 In the process water preparation,product sterilization and drying equipment of pharmaceutical enterprises,a lot of heat energy in the process of using steam can’t be fully recovered and utilized,resulting in the widespread problem of waste.In order to raise the water supply temperature to improve the thermal efficiency of gas boiler,an automatic and efficient heat recovery system is designed,and a remote monitoring mechanism consisting of heat exchanger,PLC,HIM,sensor,actuator and PC is established.It realizes the effective management of operation monitoring,remote control,information tracing,real-time alarm and other functions.The test and actual use have proved that the system can improve the energy efficiency ratio of steam output from gas boiler and greatly improve the economic benefit and management level of enterprises.At the same time,it is of great significance to reduce carbon emissions and improve social benefits.
