矿用电机车变频调速系统关键技术研究

摘要 为进一步提高矿用电机车的运输效率及性能,采用永磁同步电机代替了传统的直流电机或异步电机,基于DSP控制器设计了一种基于三相逆变器的永磁同步电机变频驱动调速系统,并研究了一种无位置传感器控制策略,在不增设额外传感器的情况下实现了电机转子初始位置的精确测量,进一步提高了电机车的启动及调速性能,保证了矿用电机车的安全高效运行。 In order to further improve the transportation efficiency and performance of mining electric locomotive, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to replace the DC motor or asynchronous motor. Based on DSP controller, a variable frequency drive speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on three-phase inverter is designed, and a position sensorless control strategy is studied, which can realize the accurate measurement of the initial position of motor rotor without adding additional sensors, further improve the starting and speed regulation performance of the electric locomotive, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the mining electric locomotive.
