摘要
针对掘进设备运行的实际情况,提出了掘进机远程控制系统的改造方案。通过本方案能够实现掘进设备的就近控制、视距内遥控、工作面远程遥控、地面远程控制等四种控制模式的切换,并具备对掘进设备工作参数及掘进工作面环境参数的实时监测和故障预警功能。此外,本系统还具备危险区域报警停机功能及维修保养自动提示功能,在一定程度上起到减人提效的作用。
In view of the actual operation of tunneling equipment,this paper designs a transformation scheme of remote control system of roadheader.Through this scheme,four control modes can be switched,namely,the nearby control of tunneling equipment,the remote control within sight distance,the remote control of working face,and the ground remote control.It also has the functions of real-time monitoring and fault warning for working parameters of tunneling equipment and environmental parameters of tunneling working face.In addition,the system also has alarm and stop function of dangerous area and automatic prompt function of maintenance,to a certain extent,plays the role of reducing people and improving efficiency.
