环境约束下我国绿色金融发展效率研究——基于面板三阶段DEA模型的测算

Research on the Development Efficiency of Green Finance in China Under Environmental Constraints——Calculation Based on Panel Three-Stage DEA Model

本文基于我国2011—2018年的省域面板数据,运用三阶段DEA模型,对环境约束下我国省级绿色金融发展效率进行了实证分析。结果表明:我国现阶段绿色金融发展效率较低,规模效率是主要制约因素;在传统地理格局下,绿色金融发展效率在我国表现出明显时空差异;西部、东北部地区在实证分析中展现出技术后发优势和低风险抗性。基于此,文中提出了加快整合绿色产业、鼓励绿色技术创新和区域共同协作和提升战略政策执行力等政策建议。

Based on the panel data of China’s provinces from 2011 to 2018,an empirical analysis is made on the development efficiency of China’s provincial green finance under environmental constraints by using the three-stage DEA model.The results show that the development efficiency of green finance in China is low,and scale efficiency is the main constraint factor.Under the traditional geographical pattern,the development efficiency of green finance in China shows obvious spatial and temporal differences;In the empirical analysis,the western and northeastern regions show the advantages of technological latecomer and low risk resistance.Based on this,some policy suggestions are put forward,such as accelerating the integration of green industry,encouraging green technology innovation and regional cooperation,and improving the implementation of strategic policies.
