乡村振兴背景下温州市田园综合体全产业链发展模式研究

Research on the Development Model of the Whole Industrial Chain of Rural Complex in Wenzhou under the Background of Rural Revitalization

田园综合体这一助力乡村发展的旅游新兴模式,自从2017年中央一号文件首次提出后,就受到了各学业界人士的重点关注。面对我国新时期高质量发展的宏观大环境,田园综合体的高质量发展转变也势在必行。首先,本研究团队运用文献研究法、实地调查法、访谈法、调查问卷法、总结归纳法等对温州市三家省级田园综合体项目进行了调研和资料收集。其次,对“田园综合体”进行内涵阐释,并以“全产业链理论”和“高质量发展理论”分析温州市三家省级田园综合体的现状,揭示发展成因。最后,从现代产业、休闲旅游、新型社区三个方面提出了田园综合体全产业链高质量发展的路径和建议。

Pastoral complex is an emerging tourism model to help rural development.Since it was first proposed by the No.1 Central Document in 2017,it has been supported by the scholars.Due to the macro environment of high-quality development in the new period in China,the pastoral complex should be transformed into high-quality development.Firstly,the research team used literature research,field investigation,interview,questionnaire,summary and induction to conduct research and data collection on three provincial rural complex projects in Wenzhou.Secondly,the connotation of“pastoral complex”is explained.Based on“whole industrial chain theory”and“high quality development theory”,this paper analyzes the current situation of the three provincial rural complexes in Wenzhou City,and reveals the development causes.Finally,the paper puts forward the path and suggestions for the high-quality development of the whole industrial chain of rural complex from three aspects:modern industry,leisure tourism and new communities.
