广东省高职院校专业设置与经济产业结构的适应性研究

Research on Adaptability of Specialty Setting and Economic Industrial Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

深化产教融合,促进专业和产业有效衔接是许多国家高等教育发展的共同理念和普遍做法。广东省作为经济发达省份和职业教育强省,研究其专业设置和经济产业结构的衔接现状更具有典型性。在2021年新职业教育专业目录出台背景下,本文基于广东省89所高职院校专业设置和经济产业结构现状进行实证分析,发现广东省高职教育专业结构与产业结构存在一定程度的错位问题,且专业集群度低,与产业集群化加速推进的趋势相背离。建议优化专业结构,聚焦专业集群,统筹政府行业力量,以进一步提升高职教育办学效益。

Deepening the integration of production and education and promoting the effective connection between majors and industries are general concepts and common practices in the development of higher education in many countries.As an economically developed province and a strong vocational education province,Guangdong Province is more typical to study the connection status of its professional setting and economic and industrial structure.Under the background of the new vocational education professional catalogue in 2021 and based on the empirical analysis of the specialty settings and economic and industrial structure of 89 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,it showed that there is a certain degree of dislocation between the specialty structure and industrial structure of higher vocational education in Guangdong Province.In addition,the degree of specialty clustering is low,which is contrary to the trend of accelerating industrial clustering.To solve those problems,it is recommended to optimize the specialty structure,focus on specialty clusters,and coordinate government and industry forces so as to further improve the efficiency of higher vocational education.
