西宁市城西区服务业形成机理研究——基于影响因素问卷调查数据分析

Study on the Formation Mechanism of the Service Industry in the West District of Xining——Based on the Data Analysis of Questionnaire Survey on Influencing Factors

为了更全面地了解西宁市城西区城市服务业的形成机理,本研究在西宁市城西区POI数据热力图分析的基础上,结合问卷调查,探究各影响因素对西宁市城西区服务业空间布局分布的影响。结果表明:第一,各行服务业对影响因素的认同结果存在差异性;第二,城西区服务业分布主要受城市交通便捷程度等传统影响因素影响;第三,城西区服务业受科技创新水平和劳动力影响相对较低;第四,除政府相关社会组织外,仅有医疗卫生业、公共设施服务业在政府相关政策因素上认同占比相对较高。

In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the formation mechanism of the urban service industry in the west district of Xining,this study explores the influence of various factors on the spatial distribution of the service industry in the west district of Xining based on the analysis of POI data thermal map in the west district of Xining and combined with a questionnaire survey.The results show that:(1)there are differences in the identification results of influencing factors among the service industries;(2)The distribution of the service industry in the west district of Xining is mainly affected by traditional factors such as convenient urban transportation.(3)The service industry in the west district of Xining is relatively less affected by technological innovation level and labor force;(4)Except for government-related social organizations,only medical and health industry and public facility service industry have a relatively high proportion of approval on government-related policy factors.
