核电厂全范围模拟机协同设计开发平台研究

摘要 针对核电厂全范围模拟机规模庞大、资料数据繁多、设计开发流程复杂、维护周期长等问题,面向开发、运维及管理者等人员,构建了一套覆盖核电厂全范围模拟机设计和开发的平台。从总体组成、功能特征、关键技术和应用出发,对平台的信息互通、数据共享、能力协同、应用集成等特性进行了讨论。提出了统一数据模型下的领域工程建模方法,有效地提升了系统数据对象的标准化程度和协同交互性,并可提供可扩展的动态数据设计和文档自动化生成能力。设计了基于工作流引擎的全寿期过程管理体系结构,实现数据、文档、信息的共享、重用、一致和可追溯。面向异构对象的协同设计开发显著提高了信息数据的利用度,降低工作负荷,提升开发效率和产品质量。 In view of the large scale, various data, complicated process, long maintenance period and other problems of the full range simulator in nuclear power plants, a collaborative design & development and management platform covering the whole life cycle of the full-scope simulator for nuclear power plants is constructed. After the introduction of composition, functional features, key technologies and applications of the platform, the information interoperability, data sharing, capability coordination and application integration of the platform were discussed. A method of domain engineering modeling under a unified data model was proposed. According to the method, the standardization degree and synergy of the system data objects could be effectively improved. Combined with configurable dynamic data relation technology based on the bridge pattern and template mapping technology with macro definition, an extensible automatic interface for document generation was supported. The whole life cycle process management architecture based on workflow engine was designed, which could not only support the automatic dispatch of tasks, state monitoring, and node reminding, provide a series of processes for task coordination, design change, and management approval, but also realize the sharing, reuse, consistency and traceability of data, documents and information covering the process of development. The collaborative design and development oriented to heterogeneous objects greatly improves the utilization of information data, so that the tasks and errors of work were reduced and the efficiency of development was increased, which enhances the quality of the delivery for the simulator.
