摘要 对稀释与接种法测定水中五日生化需氧量的条件进行了分析。水样采集保存、溶解氧浓度、水温、实验样品中的pH值范围、实验过程培养时间、放置时间及培养温度、接种与稀释水和稀释倍数等控制因素的常见问题及对实验结果的影响因素进行了技术性探讨,并结合实际样品在测定分析操作测定过程中出现的问题进行了总结,保证了五日生化需氧量的检测结果的准确性。 To dilute and inoculation method was developed for the determination of biochemical oxygen demand in water 5 conditions was analyzed, and the water sample collection and preservation, dissolved oxygen, experimental pH range, experiment process of sample training time, placement time and temperature, inoculation and dilution water and the dilution ratio of the common problems and factors influencing the control of the influence of the experimental results discussed systematic technology.At the same time, the solutions to the technical problems in the process of sample determination are summarized to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results of biochemical oxygen demand for five days.
