海上油田外输天然气品质提升的实验与探究

摘要 某油田作为区域天然气外输的枢纽平台,肩负着区域天然气处理外输、轻烃处理外输的艰巨任务。但在外输燃气品质方面存在着露点波动大、轻烃含水以及硫化氢超标等诸多问题,经过现场调查后,对于一系列的影响因素进行了提取实验分析,最终确定了设备结构不合理、燃气温度设定不符合现场工况需求、SRB滋生等关键性原因,随即现场进行了针对性的流程改造及适应性调整,最终将燃气露点稳定在-28℃~-30℃,三甘醇没有再出现异常消耗的情况,外输轻烃含水明显下降,品质明显提升。另外,经过化学药剂的选型干预,显著降低了流程细菌数量和硫化氢含量,外输天然气品质有了质的提升,该项目的实施产生了巨大的经济效益和环保效益,并对海上油田同类型的问题解决提供了参考借鉴和指导价值。 As the hub platform of regional natural gas export, an oilfield shoulders the arduous task of regional natural gas processing export and light processing export. But lose out terms of the quality of fuel gas dew point exist large fluctuations, excess water light hydrocarbon and hydrogen sulfide, and many other issues, after field investigations, for a series of factors affecting the extraction experiment analysis ultimately determines the equipment structure is not reasonable, gas temperature setting demand does not conform to the site conditions, SRB breeding and so on key reasons, then the scene has carried on the corresponding transformation Finally, the dew point of gas was stabilized at-28 ℃ to-30 ℃, the abnormal consumption of triethylene glycol did not occur again, and the water content of external light transport was significantly decreased, and the quality was significantly improved. In addition, the selection intervention of chemical agents significantly reduced the number of bacteria and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the process, and the quality of the exported natural gas has been greatly improved. The implementation of the project has generated huge economic and environmental benefits, and provides reference and guidance value for solving the same type of problems in offshore oilfields.
